Browsing the Moonstation website (Ran Beneli) and using its services — including purchasing products, digital courses, subscribing to the newsletter, participating in restricted content, and submitting details via forms — constitutes agreement to the following Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the site.
Providing personal information is done voluntarily and is not required by law. However, certain services on the site may not be available without submitting the necessary information.
Personal information is collected on the site in several ways: when contacting us via contact forms, subscribing to the newsletter, purchasing a course or digital product, as well as through cookies and tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
The collected information may include: full name, email address, phone number, payment details, IP address, and browsing patterns.
When using the birth chart analysis services (Ba Zi), birth date, birth time, and gender are also collected. These details are processed using an artificial intelligence system to generate the analysis, as detailed in Section 6 below.
Sensitive health/medical information collected as part of clinic activities is stored in secure Google Cloud systems and on the clinic owner's personal computer, secured with encryption and passwords.
The information is used to operate the website, manage services, address inquiries, send consent-based newsletters, process purchases, grant access to digital courses, perform birth chart analyses, conduct statistical analyses, secure the site, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Where applicable (including for users in the European Economic Area and the UK), we process personal information on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you (for example, processing a purchase); and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, provided this does not override your rights.
We may share information with third-party service providers such as Google (including AI services for conducting Ba Zi analyses), PayPal, and hosting providers, but we do not sell, rent, or transfer information for commercial purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The website uses cookies to enable site functionality, analyze usage patterns, and deliver targeted marketing. Upon entering the site, a consent banner will be displayed allowing you to choose which cookies to enable.
When purchasing a product or service, personal data is stored in secure Google Cloud systems and processed by our certified payment provider, PayPal. Credit card details are not stored on our systems.
The content of questions you send to the AI agent and the generated responses are saved in Google Cloud systems to display conversation history on the site and send it via email upon your request. Processing of chat content is conducted via Google's AI services, acting as a data processor on our behalf. This automated processing is used solely to generate an informational Ba Zi reading based on the birth details you provide; it does not produce any decision that has a legal effect on you or similarly significantly affects you.
If you choose to share the birth date, birth time, or other details of another person during the conversation (e.g., for cross-referencing analysis with a partner, parent, or relative), you bear sole responsibility for ensuring you have obtained that individual's consent to provide their information. This information is treated and stored in the same manner as all other personal information on the site.
When using the "Send chat to my email" button, a copy of the chat content is sent to both your email address and Ran Beneli for service and support purposes in the event of an issue or for follow-up on your inquiry.
We employ advanced security measures including secure servers, encryption, SSL security, and access controls. In the event of a data breach, we undertake to notify affected individuals and the competent data protection authority in accordance with the law applicable in your place of residence.
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent to processing at any time; object to direct marketing; receive your data in a portable, commonly used digital format; and request that we restrict the processing of your data.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months and the business purpose for collecting it; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Newsletters are sent only following explicit consent. Every communication includes an unsubscribe link for immediate removal from the mailing list.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update is displayed at the top of the page.
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Marketing data is retained until unsubscription. Purchase data is retained for as long as required under applicable tax and accounting laws. Ba Zi analysis chat content, including provided birth details, is saved alongside the relevant purchase record for the same duration.
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in Israel and the United States. Where personal information originating in the European Economic Area or the UK is transferred internationally, this is done under a recognized legal mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, together with contractual security obligations imposed on our service providers.
The service is not intended for minors under the age of 18. Sharing another person's birth date for cross-referencing analysis is permitted solely for adults. If information regarding a minor has been submitted to us without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete the data without delay.
