1. Products and Services
The website currently offers the following product:
- In-Depth Ba Zi Analysis – A one-time payment granting
a conversation with an automated AI system, including up to 10 questions regarding the birth chart.
The analysis is valid for a single birth date only, non-transferable, and concludes after 10
questions.
2. Terms of Use for the Online Store
- Purchases are permitted for individuals aged 18 and older only.
- All information displayed on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute
binding professional advice.
- Distributing, duplicating, or selling digital products without express permission is strictly
prohibited.
- Access to a purchased analysis is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Do not share your username or password with others.
3. Prices, Currency, and Payment Methods
- Prices are displayed in US dollars ($) unless stated otherwise, and do not include local taxes such as
sales tax or VAT, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely via PayPal.
- Credit card and payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our
systems.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Order Cancellation and Refunds
- Where required by law, transactions may be canceled within 14 days of purchase.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to ran@moonstation.vision.
- In the event of a valid cancellation, a full refund will be issued, excluding actual payment
processing fees incurred.
- The Ba Zi analysis grants immediate access to digital content upon purchase. By completing your
purchase and beginning the conversation, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you lose your right
to cancel once access to the content has commenced, to the extent permitted by the law applicable to
you.
- No refunds will be issued after 14 days, even if the product was not used.
5. Liability, Artificial Intelligence, and Copyright
- The birth chart analysis and accompanying chat (up to 10 questions) are performed using an automated
artificial intelligence system based on Ran Beneli's analysis methodology. This is an automated
output, not a personal conversation or direct consultation with Ran Beneli.
- AI-generated outputs are provided solely for inspiration, self-awareness expansion, and reflection
purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and
are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.
- Content, including that generated by artificial intelligence, is presented in a professional manner
but does not replace personal or professional advice of any kind.
- The site, its content, and all
analyses and AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage
resulting from the use of analyses, AI outputs, or site content, including decisions made based upon
them.
- All site content, including AI outputs based on our analysis methodology, is protected by copyright.

6. Availability and Accessibility
Digital analyses and digital agents are hosted on
Google Cloud servers. We strive to ensure continuous availability; however, disruptions beyond our control
may occur. The website is built in compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Use of the site is governed by the laws of the State
of Israel, and, to the extent no conflicting mandatory local consumer protection law applies, the courts
of the Tel Aviv District, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union
or the United Kingdom, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection afforded to you by the
mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the
courts of that country.
